Michael and Elke are no strangers to the Ministry to the Military. They entered the Ministry To The Military in 1992 at what was then the Frankfurt Center. It was there that they received and accepted their call to ministry. Michael is an ordained bishop in the Church of God, they both have served in many areas of ministry in the local church over the years and are founding members of the World Harvest International Christian Center. They believe that God is a God of healing and restoration and they desire to see Him bring that healing and restoration to hurt, broken and rejected people in every area of their lives; body, souls and spirit.

Michael is from Pensacola Florida and Elke is from Roedermark Germany. They have been married for 20 years and have two children; Christopher and Melissa.
